I can't remember the last time I fell in love with a book. Today's new authors, frankly, are boring. Always writing about love, teenagers, highschool, angst, etc..it's getting kind of old.
What I'm asking for is recommendations. Something that doesn't have anything to do with that kind of stuff. Please?
I'm a sucker for fantasy and mystery writing.

I know exactly what you mean. THe thing is, you have to look for teh new authors and dont always check out the best sellers list, what other poeple fancy may no tbe your cup of tea. Yahh digg??? I absolutely adore Lois Lowry. If you like fanstasy read this dream book of hers. Its poetic, spooky, and, in general,fantastic. So go check out barnes and nobles dot com, lols, and etc. or go in to the store, you ownd be disappointed

If you like fantasy books i have the perfect one for you.Its called singer of all songs and its the first book of the chanters of tremaris trilogy. you can find it in the school library.
