you could try lois duncan...... she writes scary books and some of them are pretty realistic lyk i know what you did last summer, and don't look behind you, ever heard of 'em?
I really like 'Silent to the Bone' and its prequel by E.L. Konigsburg. SttB has a strong mystery element, but its prequel is just plain old realistic fiction.
I live in Rose Hill and have taught at Coleman for three years. I have taught for a total of 16 years and am currently working on my second master's degree. My life at Coleman involves hanging out mainly with the gifted students and coaching the National Academic League team.

I dont know much about realistic fiction but if you like science fiction star wars is tthe way to go-nathan
