The Real Frank Zappa Book is a book about Frank Zappa and written by Frank Zappa. It chronicles the life of Frank Zappa from birth, when he gets his band The Mothers Of Invention, and when he goes solo and has his own band. It is about 300 pages long and unfortunatly it cannot be found in the school library.

sounds really good........except for one thing:WHO IS FRANK ZAPPA???
the who is he thing is kenzie and quite obviously so is this.
Frank Zappa was a amazing composer. He made music simply for himself and if other people liked it, it was alright with him. He was also an activist who stood up for rock music when it was going to be censored. He was one of the first people to battle the infamous Parents Music Resource Center(PMRC). But, for his music, he used a humour and satire and often parodied(sp?) many people and other songs. Plus, over a forty year music career he has made over 80 individual albums, which are still being released after he died. To hear some of his greatest work, look to albums like Apostrophe or Overnite-Sensation. But to hear some of his greatest guitar work, listen to the song Muffin Man off of the Bongo Fury album and you will see why he was so great.
